Pattaya’s status as a conference and incentive destination has been strengthened by the opening this month of the Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa in the Na Jomtien district, writes Kelvin King.
The Thai resort city has in recent years been undergoing something of a transformation, moving from its earlier slightly seedy nightlife-based image to one of more sophisticated business and leisure travel services.

Norfolk Island tourism has been hit by the news that the island’s airline has been unable to operate its Auckland service profitably because of increased costs and will withdraw from the route in mid-January.
