Perth’s Terrace Hotel has closed. The Western Australian hotel issued a statement via its web site saying: "The Terrace Hotel opened in 2011 after an extensive building redevelopment. In recent times, the business has faced challenges and the lessee has been unable to maintain consistent compliance with its lease obligations. "As such the parties mutually agreed to end the lease."
