A record five million domestic passengers have travelled through New Zealand’s Wellington Airport in the past 12 months.

Rob Nelson, general manager Brisbane Convention Bureau said the recent Brisbane Pop-Up 2016 attracted 80 exhibitors and more than 350 business event planners.
Global passenger traffic up in July; A-P a solid performer

Airports Council International reports global passenger traffic grew 5.4 per cent in July 2016 and 5.8 per cent in the first seven months of the year. Major commercial airports reported a robust increase of 7.4 per cent in international passenger traffic and a modest 3.8 per cent growth rate in domestic passenger traffic.
