Hard Rock returning to Las Vegas

The Hard Rock brand is returning to Las Vegas, with Hard Rock International acquiring the MGM Mirage for about US$1.1 billion and planning to build a guitar-shaped hotel on the site.
The group's previous hotel there reopened as 'Virgin Hotels Las Vegas' earlier this year.
