Korea drops quarantine requirements for arrivals

Korea has dropped quarantine requirements for arrivals including people who are not vaccinated. Arrivals still are required to show proof of a PCR test conducted 48 hours before departure and to present a 'negative certificate' when boarding their plane and on entering Korea.
