Irish budget carrier Ryanair is introducing a new cabin bag policy from 15 January.
Until now, passengers have been able to bring on a small bag (a handbag or laptop bag that fits under the seat) as well as a small wheelie bag or mini suitcase, as long as it fits size restrictions.
