Indonesia’s Bali Metis restaurant and gallery has appointed Swiss-born Franco Cusumano its sales and marketing director, focusing on sales strategies targeting hospitality groups, functions and the MICE market as well as liaising with key travel management companies worldwide.

Prior to joining MÉTIS, Cusumano was general manager for the Hotel Hacienda San Antonio el Puente, a five-star boutique resort in Morelos, Mexico.


The 350-plus seat Metis features restaurant, private cellar dining, special events facility, a veranda and terrace lounge, gallery and two boutiques.
